What if package arrives damaged?

First, take a picture of damaged package and send it to us by email. Then open box and inspect if item is damaged inside. Contact us immediately. You will not be responsible for damages or any other charges.

Returns

How do I return an item?

All item are fully refundable, returnable or exchangable. Products may be returned within 10 days of of receiving your shipment. You can initiate a return for any new or unused item with original tags and materials included in shipment. If you have received a defective product or a wrong product, please contact us immediately. Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it and then issue a refund immediately. 

How do I get my refund?

We provide a satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may get a full refund if item is returned within 10 days after you receive shipment. We immediately credit your method of payment as soon as we receive your return item.
